Day 1 Fly to Perth

Feel the great expansive openness of the West Coast with its big blue skies and its ever developing but still youthful capital city of Perth. You will be personally met at the airport by a DISCOVER AUSTRALIA representative and transferred from the airport to your hotel. You can relax and use the rest of the day to explore your hotel and its facilities, perhaps take a stroll around the neighbourhood and central Perth.

DAY 2 Perth & Fremantle Luxury Coach Tour

Day 3 Explore Perth

Perth is Australia's friendly city, blessed with abundant sunshine and beautiful surrounds, it blends vibrant urban chic with a laid-back outdoor lifestyle, Perths modern skyline is best viewed from stunning Kings Park which offers great views of the city and the meandering Swan River, nearby attractions include the Swan Valley wineries and historic Fremantle.

Today explore Perth at your own pace. Take a stroll around the city or maybe visit Fremantle. The choice is yours.

Day 4 Tour from Perth to Kalbarri

Depart Perth this morning to begin your tour of North West Western Australia. Enjoy morning tea at Yanchep National Park where you have the chance to see koalas, kangaroos, emus and other local birdlife. Continue your journey along Indian Ocean Drive as you pass the towering sand dunes and seasonal wildflowers.

Enjoy lunch and a swim at Port Denison or Geraldton before driving through farming country and seeing the famous leaning trees of Greenough, the Lynton convict hiring depot, the Pink Lake and the coastal cliffs of Kalbarri National Park.

Enjoy some free time to make use of your accommodation’s facilities before enjoying dinner with your travelling companions.

Day 5 Tour to Monkey Mia

Visit Kalbarri National Park and explore the rocky landscapes of Ross Graham Hawks Head lookout for breathtaking views along the Murchison River gorge. Continue to Shark Bay World Heritage area, and enroute, stop at Shell Beach, one of only two shell beaches in the world.

Take in the spectacular views of Shark Bay from Eagle Bluff and look for sharks, rays and turtles before continuing your journey to Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort.

Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure to enjoy the facilities of the resort, take a stroll on the beach and perhaps see dolphins and turtles feeding near the shore.

Day 6 Tour to Kalbarri

Enjoy a hearty breakfast this morning overlooking the world famous Monkey Mia dolphin interaction area before joining the National Park Rangers for a close-up view and perhaps the excitement of hand feeding the wild dolphins that call Monkey Mia their home.

Later take an hour long catamaran cruise along the waters of Shark Bay looking for dolphins, dugongs, turtles and other marine life, before, time permitting, you visit an off-shore pearling operation.

After a brief stop in Denham, visit the famous Stromatolites of Hamelin Pool and take in the views of the red outback region on your way back to Kalbarri.

Enjoy some free time at your hotel this evening before enjoying a special BBQ dinner.

Day 7 Return to Perth via the Pinnacles

Depart Kalbarri today and visit the HMAS Sydney Memorial in the seaside town of Geraldton. Enjoy a time for lunch and a perhaps a swim at one of the local beaches.

Later, continue to the eerie moonscape of the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park. Enjoy a a drive through these ancient limestone pillars and take the opportunity to walk amongst and explore the wide variety of Pinnacles. You will also have time to visit the Pinnacles Discovery Centre to learn more about these fascinating formations.

Arrive in Perth later this evening full of wonderful memories of your tour to the North West.

Day 8 Fly Home
