Island charm abounds in the idyllic seaside settlement of Måløy, enveloped by phenomenal natural panoramas, sparkling white beaches and ancient rock formations. Today explore the Island’s dramatic wilderness, discover picture-perfect Maloy or immerse yourself in some of the intriguing historic sites just waiting to share their captivating tales with you.

Måløy is one of Norway’s largest and most beautiful fishing ports with its enchanting streetscapes etched into the hillside - dotted with sweet cafés, restaurants and magnificent street art, encapsulating the coastal culture of Vågsøy. Marvel at the charming houses, neo-gothic church and pristine harbour filled with charismatic bobbing boats. Perhaps investigate the Måløy Raid Centre - an interactive museum - and experience a dramatic retelling of Maloy’s first full-scale war operation — a strategic victory for the Allies over Hitler's Nazi army or explore the exceptional Coastal Museum - set in a beautiful maritime area, it traces the lives of Øygarden's coastal inhabitants from the ice age until the present day. Maybe just relax and stroll the streets of Maloy sampling freshly-caught seafood dishes or sink your toes into the silver sands of the almost mile long Refviksanden beach.
